Here Is What Steve Wozniak Thinks Of The New Steve Jobs Movie (2015)

There have been a lot of movies made on the life of Steve Jobs but none of them were able to get the seal of approval of anyone related to Apple Inc. However, the new Steve Jobs Movie (2015) movie has managed to impress the guy who was probably closest to Steve Jobs. The man in question here is none other than the Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak.

He told the magazine Deadline that he was totally in awe of the movie:

“I saw a rough cut and I felt like I was actually watching Steve Jobs and the others (including Rogen’s dead-on portrayal of Wozniak), not actors playing them, I give full credit to Danny Boyle and Aaron Sorkin for getting it so right.”

Labor Day weekend saw the new Steve Jobs Movie (2015) being premiered at the Telluride Film Festival. It was well received at the festival with highly positive reviews for the performance of Fassbender as Steve Jobs.

Talking about his portrayal in the Steve Jobs Movie (2015), Seth Rogen, who plays Steve Wozniak, said:

“[T]he character wasn’t really written that much in the voice of the actual Steve Wozniak, in my opinion. I think the themes are real to Steve Wozniak, the things he cared about, but the way he presents those ideas and the way he literally just interacts with people, from what I see, it’s not an incredibly realistic interpretation.”

Originally slated for October 9 release, Steve Jobs Movie (2015) will now be released only in New York and Los Angeles on that day while the rest of the country will see it on October 16 and 23.
