How to overcome unknown fear and sadness

In my life all things are going smoothly. Some problems occur in everybody’s life . I have also a few worries in my life. Inspite of it, my life is happy.

However, along with that ,there is unknown fear in my mind. I don’t know why?

Fear is about losing something or someone.

Fear is about whether the same happiness will be in the future which we are enjoying in the present.

I am writing this article to ask my readers whether they are also facing this trouble . If yes ,so this is the right article for you.

Steps for overcoming the unfamiliar fear

1.Recognise the untold Fear

If you face any unfamiliar fear which is disturbing you a lot, Then sit quietly and analyse your fear and believe that this is real because only this is the way to control the fear inside you. Don’t ignore the fear inside you because it will clinge you forever.

2. Start working to defeat the unexplained fear

Once you recognise the fear, start analysing where fear comes from. Because most of the time fear occurs only when you see any mishappening around you or watch any bad news .

3. Start meditating yourself

This is very crucial step to bury the strange fear. In your meditation, keep your fear before your God and asks him to help you to contol it .

You will definitely get a way to get rid from the fear.

Meditation doesn’t mean that you have to leave everything. It just creates the connection between you and the God.

4 . Keep yourself busy-

This also benefits a lot if you keep yourself occupied in the routine work. Besides that you can create any hobby .Try to indulge yourself in that hobby.

5. Enjoy the present most-

Stop thinking about the regressions of past and the uncertainties of the future. Enjoy the most that is present.

Treat your mind as your child Don’t allow your mind to create the thought of the past or future.

Permit it only about the amenities of the present because if you think positive in the present your future will be the same.

It is a famous quote that

The thoughts which you create in your mind is creating your fortune.

Another step you can take is-

Talk with an expert and discuss your condition with him . For example psychologist. They are the masters of removing these kind of problems. They are having different tacts to control this strange fear.

Don’t do given below things,if anyone is suffering from fear.

  • Don’t talk about your fear to each and everybody.It might not be helpful for you rather it will increase your anxiety.
  • Don’t overlook your fear , rather, examine the source of your anxiety.
  • Don’t watch news early in the morning.

I hope by applying the aforementioned steps , you will definitely defeat your fear.
