John Caswell

As usual John, excellent observations. I sense a little urgency so you must have had a few recent bad experiences. We can swap war stories.

I sense the answer to one of your observations is that it’s becoming very rare that an entrepreneur is in charge of many of the large businesses we see with the symptoms you describe. The typical CEO is neither an entrepreneur nor a capitalist in the sense that they have any capital at risk. Their upside-only opportunity is vested in share options and they’re probably only looking at the 3 year horizon max.
