Hey Garrett, I’m really inspired by your post. I’m the same age (-89) and have played soccer for 22 years now. For the longest time I’ve tried different diets, different workouts and nothing has actually stuck.
Haven’t been motivated enough to keep them going as it’s often times felt like too expensive to get all foods and combinations, to stop working to keep eating several times a day.
I really want to get to sculpting and have this done in a reasonable timeframe so when I see results I can feel that it’s really working and I’ll keep it up. Also it’ll help my performance during the season and lessen the injuries.
I see a lot of helpful things here, I’m trying to figure out how I can put this into motion in my own life.
