Thanks for the article Karl. One of the questions which comes to my mind deals with keeping privacy. Using your Uber example, if a passenger violates one of the laws, he can be kicked out of the service but since his account can be private and no-one really knows who ows the account, he can create a new account and join Uber again. Would that be correct? and would it be a way to avoid that?
