Excellent point Jon! You actually reminded me of a similar thing I’ve heard this morning while commuting and listening to Grant Cardone’s audiobook (Be obsessed or be avarage). Anyway, he pointed out basically the same thing and said that if you want to meet the devil — clear out your schedule. True story. And unfortunately, through my own experience, I’ve come to notice that free time is the devil’s playground. Though whenever I have to find some free time, I enjoy it much more than when I don’t have to make room for anything, when I just have a whole day for myself. OMG, that’s such a big no no cuz then the mind starts acting out with all sorts of anxious thoughts. I find problems out of nowhere. Then anxiously solve them, then in a split second find another 695736262 more problems out of thin air.
