Something similar happened to me and I started down the Rick path. I documented everything. I tried to mentor my teammates and enable them. I approached management and suggested that we take a more collaborative approach to addressing our workload. In the end, it just became easier to give the difficult items to me. When it started to make me someone I didn’t like, I left.
