Eat that Frog with a Pomodoro

Procrastination is my very bad habit you may say. I am facing problems with this a lot. One reason of my lacking in interest is my procrastinator mind. Although I know that Tomorrow never comes…

Procrastination is a thief of time. It is also thief of our productivity, hard work and many more abilities.

“Procrastination is one of the most common and deadliest diseases and its toll on success and happiness is heavy”- Wayne Gretzky

To fight with this habit I tried to do pomodoro technique. In this technique , choose 1 task to work on , set a timer for 25 minutes , work obsessively until timer sounds and one pomodoro is done, take a 5 minute break, and take a 15 minute break after 4 pomodoros.

I tried this technique on doing my Project work. It works for me but not so much perfectly. Because I get distracted due to mobile, calls and other people interruption. It is little bit difficult for me. But I accomplish my task.

I am planning to work on this seriously and more to check its effect and to adopt it in regular tasks.

Accepting new things is sometimes difficult but not so hard. Life long learning is key to success.
