To Meat or Not to Meat
Cara Nicoletti

I try not to eat a lot of red meat because of the current environmental costs associated with it. There are more efficient forms of protein production than raising cattle, such as insects or soybeans. The issues we are having now with antibiotics and other environmental problems are related to how meat is produced. So I am trying to lower demand for it by not eating large quantities.

If meat, say a burger, were produced in a lab, I would have no issues consuming it.
