Let’s face it, we live in an anxious, stressed-out world, and everyone needs an outlet. Are you one of those great people who have tried out Art Therapy, and felt some sense of creativity and peacefulness? Read on to learn about how Art therapy is beneficial for all people. This is your ticket to a few stress-free moments of calm and self-love that you know you deserve.

One day I was sitting in front of my laptop working on my latest Medium blog article. I was up all night, working on the article, putting commas where they were required and exchanging simple-sounding words for more elaborate ones.

We all do this sort of thing now and then. It’s a sign of the times. You don’t have to be considered very spiritual to know that overworking is bad for you. Unfortunately, in today’s world people are more likely to be overworked, than underpaid.

The harsh reality of life is that people do not find time to think about their higher purpose. They are so busy chasing after the wind, going nowhere with purpose. They might think they are doing something perfect that benefits them monetarily - but is it perfect for their soul?

I decided to do a free course related to Art Therapy. A friend had suggested it to me. She too was burnt out and had recently enrolled in some Painting classes.
