Notes

  • felt super tired in yoga class this morning but had a break through in my ability to attempt pinchamayarasana! I’ve always been terrified of the pose and despite having spent the entire class feeling exhausted, I still attempted the pose at the end of class and got airborne for a split second for the first time in my life!
