Great read to understand the human perspective behind the services. I do wonder the validity behind star rating systems; seems it’s commonly becoming a feat tactic used instead of instilling morale or loyalty in employees.

Handy is also one of the worst companies I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. Awful service (from corporate, not the cleaners). You’re better off without them!
