There is plenty of research available that disagrees with this statement. We have research that shows women are punished when they seek promotion or pay raises. Women are called “arrogant” for being confident. We have studies that show women entrepreneurs are spoken to and spoken about differently from men when they’re fundraising. Show me where you find evidence that the reasons women aren’t achieving parity in the C-Suite is based on women not trying or wanting these positions? You make claims and so — support them with evidence.
