There happens in each life wounding.
Ego and Wounding
umair haque

What if what you are experiencing and labeling as a wound, because it hurts… it gives you pain, is not a wound but the pain from growing stronger? To build muscles, we work out and it hurts, it wears us down, it takes motivation to be consistent and we are sore throughout the process. Those little tears in our muscles are wounds or they are the small cost of developing strength.

What might change in your life if each time you experience what you formerly described as a “wound” now was recognized and appreciated for what it is — evidence that you’re becoming?
