2. Defend your territory

3. It’s good to have convictions, even if you figure out later you were wrong

4. Drink water

5. Treat yourself

6. Life is not a race that you have to win

7. Let yourself be amazed, always

8. Laugh as much as you can

9. Surround yourself with people who love you for who you are, inspire you and push you to grow

10. Be responsible for your own happiness

11. Don’t take responsibilities that aren’t yours to take

12. Always be authentic and entire even if it gets you in trouble

13. Be tolerant with yourself but not complacent (keep pushing yourself)

14. Never ask yourself whether or not you’re going to the gym, GO before you start thinking

15. Life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you’re going to get

16. When you feel lonely go outside

17. It’s better to teach someone how to do something rather than doing it yourself to go faster. It’s the moment that matters not the result.

18. Don’t criticize yourself, others will do it for you

19. Listen to music and dance

20. Do stuff with your hands

21. Never pluck your eyebrows too much

22. Always know there is another side of the story, change perspective

23. Don’t buy shitty plastic stuff, turn off the lights, save water and it will be a good start

25. Don’t blow your pimples
