In times like this, I think it’s constructive to ask oneself ‘Why were our time estimates for this project/feature inaccurate?’ and ‘How can we improve the way we estimate projects/features in the future?’. It’s a natural human tendency to believe that more work can be done in any given period than can actually be accomplished.
