I’m going to try it myself this week — I’ve got almost all the ingredients, just need to replenish my supply of chillies. Can’t wait to see a photo or two.

(The article about bananas was interesting — I love bananas and have always been saddened by the fact that there’s no easy way to purchase different varieties. It feels a little sad to me that our experience should be limited in this way. The same can be true of other fruit and veg too — but bananas is a particularly extreme example…)
