THINGS YOU DON’T NEED IN A NEW WEEK

Corny Adult-tins by #amethystshotx

Whether you have a self care routine you amplify on Sundays. Evidence of which you share in pictures captioned #sundayselfcare online. Or not. Maybe like me, every day you physically and mentally care for yourself. Getting rid of these don’ts will be fun work.

· Dirty hair, soaked clothes, messy house and unclean underwear. Yes, wash that bra! It doesn’t have to smell like Lanre dump sites before you do. Wash and iron clothes you need for the week. Detangle, wash, deep condition, moisturize your scalp and natural hair. Don’t endure into Monday. Get that trim Gem.

· Unplanned schedule. Pull out your planner and reminder, make the calls, respond to the texts and emails. Schedule your meetings, spiritual time, social media use, lectures, daily routines, errands, side hustle, dates, even sex, hangouts with friends and family.

· Unresolved issues. If you are upset with someone, need clarification, midway through an investment or purchase order, ignoring an unfulfilled promise, STOP. Then resolve all of these things.

· Ungrateful or negative attitude. Check yourself Gemstone. Write a list of experiences you are grateful for from that week. Be content. Live with your choice to get high or be at an Owanbe instead of restocking your store or editing blog drafts or studying. Self affirm positive messages about yourself. Take a walk or share your worries with someone. Use your Search on social media to find uplifting accounts to be inspired by. Don’t be insecure about sharing your beauty with the world.

· Bad money habits. Did you review your expenses of the week? Is your weekly saving quota met? Tell me you are closer to getting out of debt or totally out? How did you spend that windfall? Not just on books or body care products but your bills also. Unlearn whatever bad money habit you got that week. Note when your money fears or greed influences your purchases.

You are ready for the new week. Have a productive week gemstone!
