Currently in Korea. Last night being Saturday there were protests against president Park, now with only a 5% approval rating. And yet it is difficult to muster interest in politics, just like it was with the Sunflowers in Taipei or Yellow Umbrellas in Hong Kong (which I did not see). They come out, march, remove, replace. What after Park?

The most interesting thing about the protests were:

1. Interesting flagpole implementation of the swastika

2. Symbolism of the location (historical as well as American)
