Melissa Perri Interesting article. Personally I agree that the best case is having one person doing both jobs, but I’m in this exact situation where I’m mostly writing tickets for 4–5 man development team working with high velocity.
How would you approach merging these two roles in my case so either me or the other guy (or both) would be doing both PO and PM job? I know I’m giving very small amount of information but I would appreciate a few hands on cases where this is solved with a specific solution.
