At the time of the 2010 census my permanent residence was at my parents’ home in Michigan. It was the senior year of my undergraduate degree and I lived in a house a few blocks off campus in Ohio. But at that time I was away living in the jungle on Maui for an internship. Where did I live? What part of that is the census most interested in? An interesting thought.
