You seem like a very interesting personality. I would call qualify you as exactly the type of person who is hurt by all this “women in tech” nonsense.

We are all “contributors” here. No gender, no race, no religion. At least that is the way it was intended. But of course normal human biology gives us implicit biases for and/or against groups of people.

Women In Tech(tm) however, tries to push more women into tech. Why? Cause “muh equality’. The outcome? We get a lot of disinterested and untalented women into tech who shouldn’t be here. Who would be far better of doing something else instead of painting all women in tech in a negative light by being not good in tech.

Then when you are a hiring manager, would you hire a man who has a 90% of being actually invested into tech or a woman with equal creds but who is probably some quota student they had to produce in college?
