Interesting article on people’s subconscious decision mechanism. However is there a way to measure the “High/Low” inconsistencies. Can a inconsistency which is “High” be a “Low” for some one else ? I understand the goal of the post is to highlight how to make branding effective. However i was wondering how one can use ‘Cognitive dissonance’ in a product development cycle and build feedback into product iterations.
