My Mistakes as a Product Manager

This is compiled list of all my mistakes till now. So this will keep growing and spawning new writings.

1. Lose sight of customer by getting bogged down by technical implementation challenges.
2. Picking the wrong slice of product management
3. Over or underestimate the maturity of an organization which creates a mismatch of expectation of product process which leads to dissatisfaction.
4. Getting disheartened too easy
5. Not identifying my toolkit early one and envisioning a lego brick approach to crystallize my standard approach to problem solving in Product management
