I’ve been making a conscious effort to use my phone less, especially as a crutch. I’ve stopped using it on the subway and am trying to break myself of the habit of being on my phone to pass the time when I get somewhere and am waiting for someone or something.

I feel sometimes like being connected via my phone means I’m becoming disconnected with my surroundings.
