Sunrise
Sometimes it happens that we start thinking negatively and it doesn’t seem so from inside. The fun part is everyone thinks that he/ she is thinking positively immaterial of what they are thinking. Our mind is like that. The situations are based on Cause and Effect theory. Every cause becomes an effect and that effect becomes cause for next action. Just like the Dominoes. We can get to know about our mind and our thoughts by the outcomes of efforts, our relations in society and at home. Still, sometimes some things go wrong even if we are trying to do good. Let’s accept it. But what to do next?
I asked the Buddha (The Wise One) When I think that I am a victim of situation, what shall I do? I am helpless and whatever happens is not in my hands.
He answered me patiently, “There is always a choice!” You can either put a blame on self or others and keep fighting. Or just relax and let go the situation. Let some time passes by and avoid reacting! If you are innocent, the darkness will vanish with the rise of the mightiest Sun called the Truth.
“He is very Right!”, I said. I went back and analyzed the situations. It looked like, I was reacting unnecessarily. Whatever happened was just 5% and my reaction to it was 95%. It was just a thought that made the things worst. Ah.. Now hereafter I will avoid this.
The nature has perfect balance. “What you reap is what you sow!” But how to decide if our actions are right or wrong? In my view, When we put ourselves in place of other person, and it feels good, the action is good. If not, the action is wrong. Simple. And even if this doesn’t apply for some situations, let’s wait for the Sunrise!
