How to login to LIC India Portal

Following are the steps to create an account and login for LIC India Portal

Browse to https://www.licindia.in/Home?lang=en-US

Find Online Services section on this page and click on “Customer Portal”

This will take us to https://www.licindia.in/Home-(1)/LICOnlineServicePortal

Click on “New User”

Fill in the form with correct information

Click “Proceed” . Confirm the information and then click “Yes”

Click “OK” on the Alert message

Select a strong password and then click “Submit”

If everything is OK, the account is created and you will get a confirmation message. Click on the “Login” link to login to your account.

Fill in the information as specified while creating the account. Click “Sign In”

You will get the Alert message again. This is very annoying as you will get the Alert every time you login. Click “OK”
