You have to be kind to you body. Maybe you really did need that extra hour of sleep. Maybe you where not treating it right by not giving it enough food to keep you going. Maybe you’re too overwhelmed by all of your work, that there was no chance that you would’ve remember that event. Maybe it was a really shitty event?..
