Amazon has truly set the bar for customer servicing, be it the shopping or the cloud platform services. There is a very clear and marked difference in their focus to help their customers using their platforms.
I am amazed how they do it across the various humungous verticals of theirs.
My personal experience across few cloud services and customer supports of theirs, AWS team comes far far ahead. I am not a systems engineer but have been avle to setup and fix issues time and again with their teams help over the air very very easily. I can’t thank them enough. Its inspiring!
I strongly recommend startups to use AWS if they can lay hands on their startup credits to the fullest.
I guess its a cultural thing but any insights on how they are able to inculcate that and spread throughout the organization and maintain & track it will be valuable to learn and imitate.
