Synopsis
Wakana Gojo is a high school boy who wants to become a kashirashi — a master craftsman who makes traditional Japanese Hina dolls. Though he’s gung-ho about the craft, he knows nothing about the latest trends, and has a hard time fitting in with his class. The popular kids — especially one girl, Marin Kitagawa — seem like they live in a completely different world. Young Gangan Magazine has been releasing chapters of My Dress-Up Darling in Japan twice-monthly since it started serialization on January 19, 2018. As of last April, over 2 million copies of the series had been printed (physically) and sold (digitally). Square Enix releases the manga series in English, and you can see the first volume cover below.
