I can't remember watching any good scary movies for the past 10 years, I think. Vampire movies, I like but don't find them scary. The kind of horror that wets my pants (in a nasty way) is the supernatural kind. Like haunted dolls, hunted houses with boogymen, based on true accounts and shit like that. The first movie I saw which gave me the chills (and a few nightmares) was The Omen-1976. Oh boy, the music alone and the clever photography made my skin crawl...
