Snowcones And Puppies is a song about vampires. Once again, we experience the song from the bloodsuckers’ point of view. In this case they watch the nonpires sleep soundly in warm fluffy beds as they dream about precious things like frozen ice treats and young playful dogs. What many don’t understand is that these mythical beings have been doing this sort of thing since the dawn of time and, while it’s easy to panic if you awake suddenly to find one (or three) of these fanged individuals standing over you, you really have nothing to be afraid of (unless you’re bad, then you have a lot to be afraid of). They’re probably just there to look deep into your sleeping soul and determine if you have the will, constitution and resolve to make it as one them. This process can go on for decades, but you’ll know what they decide eventually, one way or the other. Night night! Sleep tight!
