This year is the year Netflix came into it’s own for me with better original programming (never got into House Of Cards or Orange Is The New Black). Having said that though, most of the shows I truly love above all others are still on TV. Fargo (Best show of the year), Veep, Game Of Throne, Better Call Saul, John Oliver, live sports. So for me, as much as I enjoy Netflix, the hyperbole surrounding it is getting a little tedious/OTT. There’s great tv scattered all over the place and we’re going to end up having to subscribe to numerous services which will, soon enough, end up costing more than cable ever has done. Eventually we’re all going to long for the days when we just had to pay one fucking bill and got everything we wanted.
