#mtbos friends: Last week I wrote a lab a la Oehrtman and friends’ excellent CLEAR Calculus labs (http://clearcalculus.okstate.edu/). My lab was designed to get students to derive equations of motion in the case of nonconstant acceleration due to wind drag. I gave them a function for a(t) and then had them figure out v(t) and h(t).
