First I’m realizing that this comment and my other one are saying the same thing. I spaced. When I was commenting. But I still feel that the message you are sending devalued feedback as opposed to emphasizing the way that proper feedback leads to dialog that leads to change. I probably could draw a circuit diagram with an op amp to make this more literal.
