In #scrum, Definition of Fun (DoF) includes these goals:

The team has built enough trust with each other to take their shoes off 😜

People are fearless enough to avoid hiding when there’s a hole in their socks

#Inclusion is the norm: everyone is invited to contribute with their uniqueness.

#Diversity within the team is fostered and this brings creativity, customer value and more colorful socks 🧦

Mistakes are not punished since we learn from them to let us grow faster

We always put ourselves in others' shoes (or socks)

We respect people (customers, teammates...) and always look at things from their perspective

Every now and then we try crazy things just for the sake of building team joy

We follow Three Laws:

The law of the #customer: making them happy is our main source of happiness!

The law of the #team: every small team shares a common purpose to deliver customer value, and thinks and acts as one. Trust sorts out any differences, and work becomes automagically fun

The law of the #network: the organization works as a network towards a common goal: grow teams to delight customers. Teams listen actively to the network to light that magic spark that makes work productive and meaningful
