The immortal flames of Amaterasu

The was once a phoenix born of pure flame. He dreamed of bringing peace and balance to the whole world. His elder Phoenix brethren scoffed because they knew how many demon crows guarded the flame from the common man. Undeterred by the consensus of his former brothers in arms he continued to fight until dusk became dawn for 10 years! By The End of the War, all of his enemies lie dead defeated in battle however, the once proud and brave phoenix king stands frozen in the ashes of his fallen enemies, and just as he had given up hope of ever seeing through the sky again the raven queen kissed him and breathed new life into his soul as the king of Amaterasu. Choosing to dawn the black flames, so all the other colors could shine through.
