Did God design us to go extinct?

What did the world need? A child crying for our motivation, thank you Greta.

I am not going to pretend to be some academic scholar who knows exactly what he’s talking about. I also refuse to pretend that God is real. The entire purpose of doing this is to share some quick thoughts to the world because why not, it’s being stored somewhere for free. Thanks, Medium!

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Forget the graphic on top. It’s important but focus on this:

  1. What all powerful God designs a species that drives itself to extinction?
  2. Does climate change threaten the narrative of The Day of Reckoning?
  3. If God created everything, why are we killing ourselves?
  4. God, if you’re reading this..can you kill us all faster? Leave the animals please!

Anyway, hope you found some good conversation topics for dinner talk at Thanksgiving..Just remember you’re not alone when you’re feeling anxious or depressed about what’s going on. Most of us experience anxiety because of climate science denial. Think about it hard, the only reason we experience anxiety over the planet is because we know there are people whose jobs depend on keeping oil flowing. They are the climate science deniers. We know that the richest people in the world contribute the most to climate change, and that the poorest and weakest will bare the consequences. We know that our ice caps are melting as fast as the ice inside your to-go iced coffee. Furthermore, we know that people care. Yet important world leaders still deny climate change is caused by human activity.

Why? Because human driven climate change does not feed into the narrative that God designs everything.

Hope you enjoyed this pathetic attempt at a Medium article.

(at least I tried something new)

Oh, and anything that is highlighted is a direct source to where I got my information.

Hope that’s helpful!
