Emergency dental care with private fees

My friend woke up with an extremely painful tooth, called the emergency helpline and received an appointment at Smiley Dental .

She came back home in tears because she had been told she would have to pay £800.00 for an extraction. When I asked her what was wrong with the tooth, she didn’t know, she had not been told. They’d taken x-rays and poked at her tooth with a stick and then decided it needed to come out. When apparently accepting NHS patients, she was going to be charged private fees. I would say avoid this practice at all cost.

I rather get shot then ever have my teeth fixed at Smiley Dental. Nobody speaks English and they don’t even say Hi when you go see the dentists. I will NEVER go there again I rather have a homeless person work on my teeth.
