How CHEAP They are — Unbelievable

After following all of Minimally Invasive Spine Institute guidelines for treatment, I was assisted by a very kind and professional gentleman, T. T. helped me for over 3 to 4 months process all information to have a consultation set up. Unfortunately, their underwriting department has some people that are a little less professional and a lot less caring.

After spending several months with T. making sure all information was correct and waiting on N.Y. State workers compensation insurance to respond to Laser Institute’s inquiries. In about ten minutes some woman from their underwriters gets on the phone and says “We don’t accept N.Y. Workers compensation”!!! After 4 months of waiting. Enduring the worst pain known to man. Crying and screaming in pain every day. I get a very cold very unprofessional. We don’t accept that insurance. And that was it! No other suggestions.

No remedies, no other alternatives and then she just says good bye!

Horrible Customer Service, Worst Surgeon ever! Had to have 3 back surgeries to fix the problems that these guys did to me & they overcharged me. 0 stars out of 5! Never again!
