Smiley Dental — Very Bad Experience with you guys

This used to be a great little practice when it was the original Clock Tower practice, even good when it moved to its new home.

However……the last few years have been appalling and myself and my partner left this practice to go elsewhere.

Having read the other reviews it seems we were not alone in being charged private fees as NHS patients. Being told NHS waiting lists were far to long and you would wait up to a year for treatment (root canal filling) and that we would need to be referred to Guys Hospital to have this done at a cost of around £1000+

I decided to ring the main office unit and they said that this treatment is usually referred to Worthing, no need for Guys and it can be done on NHS and within 6 weeks.

This was one of a series of ‘stories’ we were told by Dr. Lynh Thy Pham, DDS (General Dentist), I ended up paying private for an extraction, an inlay and a crown over the years.

I rather get shot then ever have my teeth fixed at Smiley Dental. Nobody speaks English and they don’t even say Hi when you go see the dentists. I will NEVER go there again I rather have a homeless person work on my teeth.
