Very Rude and Poor Service — At MISpineRelief

Against my better judgement, I called MISpineRelief after seeing a commercial with their so called success stories.

I have had lower back issues for years and they have worsened lately to include pain and numbness down my right leg.

On their website and verbally they stated the following to me, “Get your FREE MRI or CT Scan review in 3 EASY STEPS…The first easy step toward determining if MISpineRelief approach is right for you is having your MRI or CT scans reviewed by one of our orthopedic experts or medical professionals.”

Note that they said “MRI scans reviewed” and not “MRI report”. I followed all three steps and had my MRI that had just been done forwarded to them. I was told their expert doctors would “review my MRI” and the results would be discussed with me via telephone. It also says this is an option on their website so we customers don’t have to travel long distance if they cannot help us. Well I got a call today from a so-called “Spine Care Consultant” who said, “You are a candidate and we can help you with your back problems.”

Please don’t go to MISpineRelief , they had very poor service

Horrible Customer Service, Worst Surgeon ever! Had to have 3 back surgeries to fix the problems that these guys did to me & they overcharged me. 0 stars out of 5! Never again!
