What’s Valuable in Richardson? The Anatomy of a First Ring Suburb
Louis Burns

Louis, brilliant work. I’m particularly taken by this because I live in Plano, am frustrated with the recent rhetoric about apartments ( ”Don’t Dallas My Plano”), used to do GIS for a city planning department, and also particularly interested in what changes automated cars will bring to city design and land use. Is there any chance of doing a similar study of Plano? Also, looking at tax income per acre is only part of the relevant data. What about expenditures? Any thoughts on assigning city expenditures per acre per use type, or something along those lines? Thanks for publishing your work for us all to see!
