The sun shines every time I listen to this song. Stripped down ska/reggae.

One of the best songs on the album and one of the oddest love songs ever. Kinda.

Was digging through my friends listens and ran into this album (HT neb!) and really like it for a covers record. Beautifully lazy.

When you are feeling existential while sitting in your cube working for The Man, this is your theme song.

I have many versions of this piece and this is one of the best renditions I have ever heard. Haunting, beautiful, and a longing to be loved.

Not the happiest song, but that backbeat is infectious and mentally destructive. “I tried to call you collect, you would not accept, your friends are laughing because nobody uses payphones.”

Holy Cow is this song something else. It’s like Flashdance made sexy time with some old guy in the Eagles.

Beautiful track that fits somewhere between Spiritualized and Donovan. I’m really getting into Bill Fay’s music these days.

I haven’t been this jazzed about an album in a long time. It is definitely my record for Sept 2012 as I play it to death. It’s perfect for a heatwave or a rainy day. My name is Schlomo and I approve this message.

Since rdio.com shuttered, I spent three months flailing about trying to cope with the loss with my already paid for Amazon Prime Music. That broke my heart so much that I just moved to Spotify, where its desktop app would rather update itself than bring me the tunes.
Big THANK YOU to rdio for allowing all of this data to be easily exported in .cvs
