DACA Response — March For Science Chicago
The March for Science Chicago opposes the cruel decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). The Dreamers are not only scientists, researchers, teachers, but friends, family, and loved ones.
Those protected by this act put their faith into America, they put their faith into us: their American community. They are here through no action of their own. We need to show up and ensure that America fulfills its promises; they are here to stay.
We ask our community to unite with those who have been defending DACA and take action..
Attend a rally locally to voice your public opposition to rescinding DACA:
Contact your members of Congress and demand that the DREAM Act is passed:
