A shocking article from CBC News about the health hazards of energy drinks. In a recent study, some of the energy drinks were found to contain the equivalent amount of caffeine as 14 cans of pop. The study by Health Canada cautions consumers to limit their intake of energy drinks given the potentially significant impact on ones health.
