One person asked where the extra electricity will come from. Well, from our homes. 3D printing technology can now allow us to 3D print homes, and there is a 25% saving in labor and materials which can be used for solar and batteries, also putting extra electricity back on the grid. As soon as prototypes are up showing how the homes are better in every conceivable way (fire, flood, hurricane and tornado resistant, energy positive,…) the market will also drive the change. Building a new home will drive solar sales, and homes will not have electric or heat bills. Maybe you might want to do an article on that as well.
