Small Discipleship Wins
It’s easy to get stuck in a rut when it comes to discipleship. The same tools usually produce the same results. The problem is that your tools “rust” over time, especially if you’re using them with the same people constantly.
We also tend to forget that small actions taken consistently can have a big impact.
“By concentrating on small wins, any manager or leader can start to bring about cultural change — one day at a time.” Dr. Ken Hudson
As Christians, we are personally responsible for making disciples. Jesus told us to do so before he took off like Superman.
As church leaders, however, we are responsible for making disciple-makers: disciples who make disciples. That’s no small feat.

To help you do that, I’ve worked with other church leaders to pull together a free resource for you. It’s a twice-weekly email with a single actionable tip to help you make disciples and build a disciple-making culture in your ministry.
