What’s Behind The Man Behind The Curtain
Caitlin Johnstone

Over 20 years ago I first came across Alex Jones via shortwave-long before his thunderously insane internet presence. Even then I worried, recognizing how continued gas lighting by identity politics-driven unstable lefty’s would naturally give rise and legitimacy to such conspiracy nuts. In the debasing of your own mental acuity by gas lighting you often find hummocks of stability in the swamp of conspiracy; the favored source of gas lighters methane. And so today we have Linda Sarsour, organizer and leader of the Women’s March in DC, held in high esteem by Clintonites such as Gloria Steinham, yet diametrically opposed to much of what fueled the early protest and work of Steinham’s career.
