Fabulous. I have been writing and working on issues of people and performance for 30 years and wrote about Flow more than a few times. Issues of culture, feedback, intrinsic motivation and innovation are so critically important. THIS article pushes all of these things together in a really elegant and comprehensive way. AND it is readable. I wish I had written it!

The ONLY think I would have pushed more is around feedback systems. What kind of performance feedback do people get? That is what helps fine-tune the system.

And the only other comment builds on the “helicopter” issues of micromanagement from the top. Me, I am a big believer in bottoms-up, positive Disruptive Engagement where active involvement is driven by the supervisor and not from distance.
